PMS Insomnia

I have periodic insomnia, that I take a prescription sleep aid for, but in addition to 'usual' insomnia, I also have sleep issues as part of my PMS symptoms. Ugh.

My cycle is pretty short and always has been, so this PMS insomnia is a major part of my life and can be pretty disruptive.

Does anyone else suffer, and found something/anything that helps? I do all the typical things (limit caffeine, minimal screens in the evening, no tv or FB, herbal teas, warm bath etc etc), and I've tried a lot of supplements, but nothing seems to really help.

TIA

I understand your problem because it is not new at all and thousands of women have experienced this situation before us after giving birth. This is very unpleasant because insomnia attacks me quite often. I searched the forums for a solution that would help me get rid of this and found CBNOilForSleep.com which has collected a lot of positive reviews because it helps to get rid of even chronic insomnia. This medicine has helped me a lot and so I recommend that you use it as well

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affects as many as 35% of adults. Common causes of insomnia include stress, an irregular sleep schedule, poor sleeping habits, mental health disorders like anxiety and depression, physical illnesses and pain, medications, neurological problems, and specific sleep disorders. Lifestyle changes, including good sleep habits, often help relieve insomnia. These changes might make it easier for you to fall asleep and stay asleep. If your insomnia is the symptom or side effect of another problem, it's important to treat that problem (if possible). When I have insomnia, I take light sedatives, which I order at a Canada Pharmacy. They suit me and I can sleep peacefully.

I have had such issues lately too, and I am looking for some help. Maybe there are some supplements which are good for it? I like some of those from Canadian Pharmacy Online a lot. Maybe you can recommend something to me here too? That would be cool
