Getting rid of nasty smell in son's room

Hi
How do you get rid of smells?
Recently our dog lived together with my son in his room and there appeared a strange smell of a dog
How to remove it?

Then I read the article at this platform damagecontrol-911.com about ozone generator. I bought this device and it worked for two days without stopping. When I returned, the smell was completely gone. Then it worked on the second floor another day and the smell didn't come back.

Sounds interesting, I will speak with my husband about this purchase
