I don't think there is one, well i haven't been able to find one. I'm 40 and i have had anxiety disorders since i was 15 years old. Started with panic attacks, then generalized anxiety disorder, OCD and as i got older depression too. All of these have gotten alot better with age. I didn't have any panic attacks for several years and then after being in a very unhealthy/stressful relationship for 3-4 years, i had one about a year ago. I have had about 3 in the last year.

I also started to suffer from panic attacks and anxiety several years ago when driving on the throughway. It has been very debilitating for me because it was completely different for me.I used to drive all over the country without a second thought. I am almost 48 years old so i have heard that this can be attributed to menopause. I am trying to overcome it...i am better in the daytime. I have been taking B-12 and B/C complex vitamins. If anyone else has experienced this problem , I would love to hear from them.
