I was feeling well after my postnatal physiotherapy sessions. Even though carrying my baby multiple times has made my hands and shoulders stressed and tired, I found a little relief with some stretching exercises. Yesterday I fell, and my body, especially my back, is very much paining. And I'm in bed. I called my physiotherapist. She advised me to take some rest and not to do any other works or exercises. She suggested doing deep tissue massage therapy
for getting relief from pain. I'm thinking about doing it. Has anyone here has done it? Is it safe for breastfeeding mothers? Did it reduce your pain? Share your experiences as it would help me.
