is it normal? maybe its part of the exhaustion.

I didnt have this at all with DD, im sort of light headed sometimes and I am noticing i am kind of out of breath, like when I sing with DD or read books or just exercise, well ok not exercise, walk around haha

I'm really thin and thought i was somewhat in shape, never smoked, no asthma

Anyway anyone else experience this with pg before? this early, i mean when i was 9 mo with dd sure i was out of breath but now?

I haven't had that issue particularly with pregnancy, but I have had those symptoms in the past (and continue to have them as its just something I live with).

Doctors and I tracked it to low blood pressure. A test is this. Sit down with your feet on the floor (like you are going to the restroom). Lean forward over your knees and then up again. If you see sparkling stars, its probably just low blood pressure.

I think it can also be caused by a bit of hypoglycemia - low sugar levels.

I would bring it up with your doctor/midwife/etc and see what they think!

Oh - and reading on a random google search - low blood pressure in pregnancy can often be caused by dehydration or the pooling of blood into our legs...so stay hydrated!!

I've never had this, but I've heard it's really common. You're probably just breathing more deeply to give your body the extra oxygen it needs during pregnancy.

You can read more about it here: http://www.babycenter.com/0_shortnes...egnancy_219.bc
