Somewhere on mothering there was a thread about this. I think it was another DDC....anyhow there was a link I think to this site. http://stardate.org/nightsky/moon and it suggested that most babies are born during more or less the same moon phase (that is to any given mother, i.e., you might tend to have your babies in the last phase of the waxing moon or during full moons, for example). My two were born in almost exactly the same moon phase. I am curious to hear what other mamas with babes have to say, is there any truth to this? It's starting to feel like it is getting close and I don't know why I am obsessing about her arrival, I guess I am just excited!!!
my first was born two days before the new moon and my second was born two days after the full moon..... to the two days are correct....
but looking at the options for how i'm feeling it'll be around the 20th of feb or within the first few days of March. which is how i've been thinking the other option is post date and I would be floored if that happened

part-time and through infancy. planning a
Well, DD was born a few days before a new moon... although it was PROM not labor so that might make a difference.

full mons tend to bring on babies. most maternity ward fill up thoes nights. has to do with the tidal movemnts and stuff.... who know we'll see
All three of mine were born under different phases; full, new, and crescent. This little one is due under a full, like my first babe. That would be pretty sweet
