Natural birth of twins in Ithaca/Syracuse/Binghamton area?

I'm a longtime homebirth mom but can't really find the $$ to pay for another home birth. I found a nice midwife group in Syracuse and was hoping for a relatively peaceful hospital birth, but now they are suspecting twins and if it is they will risk me out.

I still don't know if it is twins or not, but before I find out, I really want to know what my options are. I might borrow money for a home birth if it's that or highly medicalized hospital birth with doctors.

I'm pretty set on female-only, and some of the practices I spoke to said that there are often only males on call.

My last twin birth (in a different state) was pretty fast, so I can't really travel to Rochester or wait for a midwife to come from there.

I'm currently open to:
- Homebirth CNM that will do twins
- Midwife group that will do twins in-hospital
- Natural-minded doctor that can promise a female doctor on call

Can anyone help?
