So I was a member of the running thread. I ran a marathon a month ago but messed my knees up so much I haven't been able to run since. So I've been doing all kinds of other stuff like rollerblading, biking, tae bo and pilates. I'd like to join so I have someone/somewhere I'm accountable.

I did pilates today. Thur - run 30 min (try to at least...thurs is my day to see if my knees have healed enough) 30 min pilates. Fri - 30 min tae bo 30 min pilates. Sat - 60 bike ride.
