yeah I think it's like this for a lot of women. I had to change styles of tampons to find one I liked. even then, it would only work at the beginning, when my cervic would change near the end of my period it would no longer stay in
(then I started havign intense itchiness and terrible cramps realizing that the tampon chemicals where causing me much pain so I switched to cloth pads)
you could try "instead" or a "keeper" and see if that works better. (though both take getting used to)
andyes theoretically kegels would help. but you could also just be very different internally and nay find that tampons just don't fit you well anymore.
