Leo is just about 14 months. I've been pumping since I went back to work when he was 8 weeks old ... and I think I'm ready to stop. I still plan to nurse when I'm with him in the evenings and on weekends. But what should I give him to drink at day care? Will he get enough nutrients from evening/nighttime nursing? He still wakes up during the night once or twice to nurse, but not for very long.

I don't really want to give him juice, and am thinking water and organic milk?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would probably just do water during the day and encourage him to increase his nursing during the eves/nights. If he is nursing 4+ times daily he can still get plenty of milk!

CONGRATS and GOOD JOB on pumping that long I'm sure you already know this, but be sure to wean slooooooowly off the pump. If you do it so quickly you could face ingorgement issues, or even worse--- a drastic drop in supply.
