While changing my son's diaper this evening we discovered a blister on the end of his foreskin. It is one bubble about a quarter inch across and almost raised that far off of his penis. Other than that, his penis looks normal. Maybe a little red on the end. What would cause this? He wears cloth diapers. It has been hot here recently. He doesn't seem to have problems peeing (we let him have some naked time after finding the blister and he peed on the floor

How do we treat it? I'm worried about it popping and being painful.

Staph can look like a blister and seems to be sort of common in the diaper area (warm, moist environment). I would maybe consider some antibacterial ointments or treatments and maybe sanitize those cloth diapers. I'd also consider lots of naked time of course but outside of that make sure there is no rubbing against the diaper so loose and maybe something soft to sort of protect from friction?
