It sounds like a Canadian goose I swear! It kind of worries me though because it sounds like someone gasping and choking for air- but he can breathe just fine, at least that's how it looks to me. Frequently after he makes his goose noise he will spit up a little bit. He'll also make it at the beginning of a feeding when my milk lets down, and it seems to overwhelm him sometimes. He spits up at least once a night in his sleep. I know because his hair will be damp and sometimes he'll have white crusty stuff streaked across his cheek.
Is he ok???
