Hi mama's

So xavier woke up this morning with a croupy sounding cough. No fever though. He was sick a wekk and a half ago for 24hrs with high fever and threw up a couple of times. He was fine all week after that. I was just trying to search on here at other posts for this and I'm finding it difficult so posting my own thread. I did hear something about outside cold air being good and steam from shower or vaporizer, but is there anything else I can do or is there anything I should watch for? I don't like going to the DR unless really necessary YKWIM? THanx

I did the high SA routine for croup for my then 7mo and it really eased the illness fast. The drsears site (askdrsears.com) has advice on when croup gets to be a problem (airway too constricted). But I don't know it offhand.
