Often around that age they get better at nursing and can get more milk in less time. Perhaps that's what's happening.

Is 3 month old suppose to eat less then they did b4 when they were first born?

Yup, I agree with Angela.
Spending less time on the boob doesn't mean they are eating less, it just means they are better at getting the milk out. In fact, at that age my DD not only spent less time nursing (5 -7 min total!), she was actually consuming much more milk.
