I had my appt, and it was fairly good. The not so laid back OB, has been very laid back the last couple visits.<br><br>
He thinks baby is going to be about 9 lbs, like my others.<br><br>
Baby is heads down, and very low.<br><br>
I go back in 1 week, but we are all hoping I am seeing them in l&d before than.

Yay! I had my 38/39 week appt today and MW says baby is average size ( the alternate says he's big) I still expect him to be between 8 and 9 lbs as DS1 was 8lb11 on his "due date". Now I am just trying to hold out until Friday so that the MW I saw today will be on call for my HB.

I have my 40 week appt. tomorrow. I think everything is fine, it's just a question of being patient and waiting for my LO to get here at this point. I'm 40+2 today and bounce back and forth between wanting to go into labor soon (tonight!) and wanting to stay preggo a little bit longer so I can tie-up the last of my loose ends. DD was born at exactly 41 weeks, so I don't think it will be much longer!

I feel like all my PAL EDD budies are leaving me with babes in their arms....and that I am the only one left with the kid inside...

Grrr. Just got back from my appt. It was a mixed bag. I saw the MW that I like the least, but was able to stay calm and in control of myself with her (left in tears after my last, and only, visit with her). She flipped-out because I had not been having 2x weekly NSTs and monitoring since 37 weeks due to my BMI. Asked me "who changed your BMI" in the paperwork. How would I know? Anyhow, I just told her that I would have refused the NSTs anyway, so no harm, no foul. She said she "needed" to do an cervical check because I was now 40 weeks. I refused, stating I had one last week (with a MW I like much better). So she calmed-down a bit.<br><br>
She wanted to put me on the monitor for a while, which I was okay with. Aerick was apparently asleep and had a pretty flat HB tracing for a while. Then I drank some juice and BAM he woke up and his HR started going up and down, which is what they wanted to see.<br><br>
I'm scheduled for a u/s and another NST next Wednesday. Here's hoping I don't make it to that appt!
