<p>Im a healthy weight but would like to loose 5lb to be at a more comfortable place for myself. I exercise plenty, and I eat very healthy, but I eat A LOT!! My plan is to continue with my daily exercise-mix it up a bit with some weight training, and measure and watch portions. I also plan to eliminate alcohol for a few weeks, I think that nightly glass of red wine might be doing me in ;) Anyone  want to join me?</p>

<p>Im doing great..no alcohol and warm soups and veggies....Im on my way. The weekenights are tough for me. Im tired at 5pm and enjoy that glass of wine....plan to be on here</p>

<p>I have lost a lot of weight this year--109 lbs ;) and I'm still plugging away. I was thinking of a few things I'd like to have for Christmas treats and I'm sure I will but I'm so happy that I've finally realized that it's just food.</p>

<p>It's no big deal if I dont' eat it.</p>
