I summed up the entire problem in the subject heading LOL.

My 6.5 month old Dd is exclusively breastfed and has had a runny nose since birth. My own nose has always stuffy most of the year from allergies. Her mucous is yellow which usually means a cold. I don't know if she has a cold because she acts like she feels fine. She's happy and playful. I do want her to stop having a runny nose, though. What should I do to improve my diet, or what supplements should I add that would help? Any advice is appreciated. Assume I know nothing
