I don't know if this is normal or a phase or what, but for the last month or so my ds has been basically "sleep crawling." At night he used to just get restless when he was hungry or he needed to potty, then I would feed and/or potty him and he would calm back down. Now instead of just getting restless in his sleep I wake up to him crawling on my pillow! He's not even awake, his eyes are still closed. So I feed him and potty him and sometimes that doesn't even get him to relax, so I snuggle him in my arms until he calms down. But the funny thing is that he really is asleep for all of this, just not deep sleep, obviously. He's not upset or anything, he just can't stop moving. Has anyone esle experienced anything like this? Is it a phase, or will he grow up to be a sleep walker?

It sounds like ds when he first started crawling. He wanted to practice. I'd wake up and calmly say 'its time for sleeping not crawling, lets practice tomorrow' and lay him back in his area.
