I'm already using a bella band with my work pants because they won't button and only zip half way. My stomach pops out of my shirts too! It's out of control lol.
Is this normal? I had an ultrasound at 4 weeks 6 days because I had some brown spotting, they could only see a gest. sac since it was so early on so they asked me to come back this week (I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow when I go) to make sure there is growth. I would think we'd already see twins if there was any during the last ultrasound, right?
So why am I getting so fat already? I know it's all bloat, but dang! I can't hide it for much longer from most of my work people. I've already bought bigger, baggier shirts and my stomach pushes against them.

Is this a sign that I'll be a HUGE pregnant person? I'm normally a small person, 5'7" and pre-pg 120lbs.

I was in maternity pants at 5 weeks. People thought I was nuts I literally couldn't stand my regular pants. I had a singleton, got really sick and lost 17lbs by 12 weeks, then proceeded to gain 50lbs by the time I delivered. Yikes

Congrats on your pregnancy

Yup, around 6 weeks my belly was pooching out a bit, with my first! I was mortified. One pair of my pants fits still (10 weeks) but just barely...it depends on how tight your pants usually are. I like to wear mine a little baggy as it is...the ones that fit perfectly are the ones I was uncomfortable in at 6 weeks.

I'm usually a bit small too (5'6" and 112), and when I discovered the pregnancy at 5 weeks, I was convinced I was already several months along! At that early stage, I was so bloated, very few things fit. Fortunately, the bloating decreased around 9 weeks. I'll be in maternity clothes very soon, but now it's less intestine, more baby.

I had a noticeable belly at 5 or 6 weeks this time (3rd babe). It was big enough that I kept joking with Dh that 'the triplets said hi' . The u/s only showed one in there and I am not insanely huge now at 33 weeks, I guess this babe was ready to show off quite early.

With this pregnancy my stomach was starting to pooch out at 6 weeks.

By 8 weeks I was in maternity clothes.

I wasn't in maternity clothes for just my belly, I was bloated big time.

I was on the last clip on my bras and they were still tight. I almost went and bought some bras the next size up.

The bloating has now subsided and I fit back into my bra quite comfortably on the 2nd clip.

I hate being bloated.

I am at 5 weeks, and already in Bella Bands. I think it's more bloating than anything else. I've noticed that the belly comes and goes depending on the time of day, amount of gas etc..... I normally wear a size 10-12, and with those, I am in the Bella Band. I have 14s in my closet (the fat clothes), and they are fitting OK still-but I know it's the belly over everything else, because the 14's are big around the hips.

My chest is also huge! I've had to buy shirts because due to my new cleavage, many of my shirts/tops have hiked up. So I bought a bunch of XL and XXL's, as right now, I really don't want to show the midriff! LOL
