My DD has complained of ear pain since Friday. On Friday it was after a long car ride with changes in altitude so I attributed it to that. Saturday she never brought it up and then both Sunday and Monday night she woke up 3-4hours after going to bed in tears from her ear hurting. Does this seem like an ear infection? I was thinking it makes sense that laying down could cause fluid build up and pain, but I'm confused why she's fine during the day.

Any ideas? Thanks!!
