hi there, I am in wk 6 of c25k and I am training for an 8k run at the end of june. I am currently using Suz's podcast ....the music isn't what I usually listent to but I kinda like it. So, I am looking for another similar podcast/training program that will help me acheive my goal. Anyone know of one? I am not really a big fan of the techno podcast. thanks for your help.
