<p>Eh.  While there are a few good ideas on the list, many of them are based on the assumption that all fats are equal (with the exception of olive oil).  And I'm sorry, but replacing butter with marshmallow fluff (which contains HFCS) is not a good trade off in my "health" book.  Neither is replacing egg yolks with egg beaters (ever read the ingredient list?). </p>
