i know there are some experts out there.....

i am having fun dying my first batch of clothes, but i wonder....

1. will my hands ever return to their normal hue?

2. after washing the dyed stuff with synthrapol, can i then wash them together with other clothes? even whites? if not, how long do i have to wait, or can i never do this?

3. there are a few tiny pink dots scattered on the clothing that emerged in the dying process. what are these? do they fade? any way to avoid them next time?

thanks!

1. Yes, your hands will return to their normal hue. I would suggest gloves for your next adventure.

2. Yes, once you have washed your dyed clothing with synthropol and rinsed until the dye no longer runs in the water, your clothing can be washed with other clothes, even whites. The dye is truly permanent.

3. The tiny pink dots are probably undissolved dye. They won't go away all by themselves. Be sure to completely dissolve the dye in solution next time.
