I had a m/c on 11/2. I was bleeding for 7 days and have been spotting for 7 days. This morning, I was checking my CM and I noticed it had the texture of EWCM but it is still brown. Should I write it down as EWCM or spotting? or both? Is it possible to be fertile so soon after a m/c?
Also, I should say that today is the first day that the HPT was BFN so the HCG should be all gone.
Do you think I should start using opk's soon?
If it's easier, here is my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/298a90

You werent very far along so its totally possible that your cycle will go right back to how it was... I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks and had my next AF like clockwork a month after my miscarriage started.

First sorry for your loss. I think it's hard to say what may happen with your cycle. I think everyone's body responds differently. I had a m/c May 28 and my cycles are STILL not back to normal. Others seem to go right back to normal the next month.

Good luck.

I just had a mc as well and have still been spotting brown basically only when I wipe. I noticed the same thing you did today and took an OPK. While it was neg, it did have a strong line. I usually have a fade in pattern when I O as they get progressively darker over the course of a few days. So I'm going to start doing them over the next few days. I was thinking I might skip a cycle, but it might be hard when I get a + OPK!

I agree with that. (And I'm sorry to hear that happened to you.)

I had a m/c in March; I was barely 3 weeks along. My next two cycles were VERY weird & I would have had no clue if/when I ovulated.

I do remember reading that you should wait at least one cycle after a m/c because there's an increased risk of another miscarriage if you conceive immediately afterwards. I can't remember where I saw that, but it was medical advice, not just someone's opinion.
