I think a local mama here sells them but not in a storefront. I can PM you her info. Sons + daughters sells Bebinas I think--some kind of wrap. Otherwise I am not sure. I wish they did! You could always ask on the Babywearing group:

And maybe someone is even selling one.

There are also monthly babywearing meetings in central park. Ask at the babywearing forum when they are. There are tons of wraps and carriers to try out, and Bianca will help you figure out how to wear them and size you. Its great!

I'm on a bit of a time constraint though, as we'll be in Hong Kong for the month of September and the double stroller won't be practical. I was thinking of a diddymos back carry for the 16/17 month old and the stroller for the 4 year old who can't walk quite as much as I like to. I have a tough traveler frame backpack, but it hits me funny (I'm short). I know I don't like the feel of the ergo, the maya wrap kills me if I use it too long and I'm kicking myself for selling a kozy I was sure I'd never use. Soooooo, I was thinking diddymos. Do you know when the next meet is?

I PMed you Bianca's info, the info about babywearing meetings and all that.

The yahoo group has all the info on the meetings. First Wednesday of every month and some others here and there.

Hope it helps. The Didy would be an excellent, lightweight, portable choice.
