I dont really know much about ttc, except what little i've read on here but my dd is 7 mos. old, bf, and no af yet. I've been taking my temp in the morning and it's usually 97.2-97.4. Well, yesterday morning it was 97.9 and this morning 97.2. What does this mean? And also what is your temp like when your pregnant? The last several days i've felt rather "pukey" when i eat and yesterday dh cooked a baked potato and i thought i was going to hurl cause for some reason it smelled like formula: i know these could be signs but it could also just be the return of af, right??:

HI there.

Well, with no ppaf, it is hard to tell.

But a temp jump may have been several things. It may be ovulation, it may be waking up with more covers on, or the heat running. Until you have at least three days of high temps, ovulation can't be confirmed. So it might have just been a fluke.

As for teh smells...that could be af returning, pms (that is when i get sensitive to smells), or even pregnant.

I have no idea if that helped....but hopefully it did!!
