i had a carton of soymilk in my fridge for g*d knows how long. i poured me a bowl of grapenuts, went to the fridge, and got out my soymilk...forgetting how old it might be... i shake it up. something doesnt sound right. so i peer into the carton and lo and behold my milk had turned into a block of tofu <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/ROTFLMAO.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="rotflmao"><br><br><br>
has this ever happened to anyone else?<br><br>
and ummmm...could i EAT it if it was like that??

I've gotten little lumps in older soymilk but not a solid block - what a trip! You could taste a little to see if it tastes like tofu. I don't know if I'd try it myself . . .
