This is not a hoax. This little boy, Shane, is at CHEO (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario) in Ottawa and he is fighting leukemia. He is trying to break a record of receiving the most birthday cards by his birthday which is in a month. Thank you for the link - we will send a card. This past week ds has been really into making cards and we have been running out of people to send them to (we sent my Mum 3 last week - he likes posting them in the mailbox too!)
