not real exciting, but I was doing a web search and came across this photo. This is typical of what I saw in India on babies and toddler-- long baggy underwear but it comes off in the front for easy removal. Most of the babies I encountered were EC'd at home and wore panties only for modesty. When they were taken out of the home they wore diapers. Sometime sposies, sometimes cloth.
