I am seriously needing to lose weight and have recently begun to do "Eat to Live." But, I'm wanting to exercise too...I am soooo out of shape!Anyhow, I love to be outside and have heard so many good things about running that I'd like to give it a try. Any suggestions for how to get started for someone who has been rather...um...sedentaryin the recent past?
