Okay, so I've washed my dipes on hot with no detergent for about 7 cycles and suds are STILL coming out! Sheesh! Can we say "build up"

Anyway, I want to boil them, but I'm not exactly sure how because I've never done it. I would totally appreciate it if you could answer my questions and add any other helpful info regarding stripping/boiling that's worked for you! Thanks!

1) Are there any dipes I can't boil such as Kissaluvs, MEOS, pockets?
2) How long do I boil for?
3) Can I add anything to the water such as vinegar or TTO?
