Today I sneezed, 3 times in a row and I....uhhhhh....leaked urine

: I never had this problem while pregnant with DS and I never thought it would be an issue this early in pregnancy. So I figured I'd start a PSA thread to remind everyone to do their kegels every day! I REALLY don't want to be wearing depends in the end

Anyone else blessed with these "special sneezes"?

That is too funny. That happens to me sometimes, and it is quite a shock!! I guess I should do those kegels too.. I'm not the most dedicated to that particular exercise... I remember going running a while back and I practically wet my pants JUST from running. My husband got a good laugh!!

Oh, yeah. In my mom's group we have a little joke - "Squeeze when you sneeze!" I know I need to do my kegels more, but it's strange how much worse this got when I became pregnant again! I wet my pants nearly every time I vomited while the morning sickness was at its worst.

Just a few drops each time, but still!

Yes, I too have experienced the special sneeze. Thanks for the reminder...I kegel as I type! Maybe I should tie a string around my finger!

I do Kegels like a mad woman...have ALWAYS done them, even when I wasn't pregnant...and I still get these surprise sneezes sometimes.

It drives me crazy!

I don't have the special sneezes, but I do pee a bit if I vomit hard. I'll remember to do my Kegal's too!
