Thanks for the input Teenytoona. I'll see if I have some Epsom salts and soak in them a bit. I thought the 5-HTP had a stimulating effect, so I've been a bit wary of taking them at bedtime. Maybe I should try that instead of the GABA tomorrow. I just want to feel better.
