Unassisted childbirth. I find this confusing, given that the standard birth abbreviations all have "B" in them- WB, HB, VBAC, etc. Why not "UB"? Nevertheless, that's the abbreviation.

I always get confused because on another board the abbreviation is 'ua' (for un assisted) but here ua is user agreement lol.
