I am pregnant with my 4th child, I had a uterine prolapse after my last birth. I have seen a physical therapist and done alot of core exercises and though my prolapse isn't 100% it doesn't cause me any problems. I am concerned that this pregnancy will worsen my prolapse and am wondering if there is anything I can do to help prevent it. I know that I need to continue with core exercises and kegals but should I wear some sort of abdominal support once I start showing? thanks
