Has anyone been to the Explora museum? Would an almost 2 year old have fun? They have "toddler time" every monday and open an hour earlier for toddlers, has anyone done this?
My boyfriend has a weekday off, instead of his usual weekends and we'd like to do something fun.

There's a special toddler area with tons of toys and a gate, so I'd say yes, yes, lots of fun! Also when mornings start to get hot it will be nice to be in the air conditioning. Toddler hour can be pretty crowded but I think sometimes the kids have more fun that way, and it's much better than regular hours when the whole place can get very crowded with school groups and toddlers can get lost among the tall kids.

They also have a really nice toddler storytime - at least they used to - do they still do it Cecily? And yeah, even my 4yearold can get overwhelmed by the big kid groups, so that extra hour is great!

I forgot, they do have story-time, and if you want to skip out on it the toddler area gets really empty once everyone else is up in the theatre.

Thanks everyone!
We went yesterday, and it wasn't very crowded. Eva had a blast, she didn't want to leave! She'd throw a little fit every time we tried to leave an exhibit!
