Don't know if we'll make it today - Za got the chicken pox last Wednesday!! None of them popped open, and they're all pretty much gone, but I don't think I want to take the chance of exposing anyone else's kids (although we're both most certainly going stir-crazy in the house).

Do you guys always go to Fox park? I've wanted to come for awhile now but I keep forgetting to get the car (one car family) from dh. Also, I was unsure if ya'll still met there. I'll make it a point to get the car Monday to come!

I missed a week or two, but was there last week & am planning on going this coming Monday. We'll have to leave early thought due to an 11:30 dentist appointment. There's a big tree across from the swings where I like to spread out.

just jumping in to introduce myself. i live in the unm area and would love to meet some like-minded mamas nearby. my dd (3 yrs) usually has preschool monday am's (we got to the abq preschool co-op), but they are off for three weeks, so we'd like to come along and meet you all if that would be ok.

cecily, i met you a while ago at the feminist mom's group, which i was never able to go back to. anyway, look forward to seeing you again!

I would like to know if you guys do this every Monday as well. I know there is only one Monday left before school starts, but it would be nice to meet moms. The only time I get to hang out with other mothers is at my daughter's gymnastics class.

It sounds like fun!! And I am almost positive that I already know Wackadoo from my daughter's gym class. I mean, how many other women gave birth to a daughter named Scarlet (only one "t") in April? And another daughter named ZaZa? I know I spelled that wrong, I'm sorry!!!

Hey, I remember you! Congrats on the new little one. Monday I was taking a shower *all by myself* and then a nap with my new (wait, he's about to be a year old!) little one.

I do intend to make it back to playgroup sometime, but the prospect of a Monday morning at home can be irresistible after our crazy weekends.
