I BabyKicks Organic Fitted. I can't get enough of it. Haven't found a better fitting diaper. I don't sew, but I prefer cotten & hemp fabric.

I really like my bagshotrow bamboo fitteds (very trim & absorbant) pretty easy to find used & she stocks her shop every thursday at 7pm http://hyenacart.com/BagshotRowBamboo/

also really like Muttaqin 3rs http://www.muttaqinbaby.com/diapers.html
I used to add my own snap in doubler, but she recently added more absorbancy to the diapers so I wont need to do this w/ new ones.

as far as sewing my own I think about it as cotton is absorbant, bamboo is more absorbant than cotton & hemp is more absorbant than bamboo.
