I accidentally made up dish today that came out really yummy.
I cooked up a box of Back to Nature's organic mac and cheese (gemelli and alfredo, specifically) for lunch, with ground pepper, nutritional yeast, and basil added in.
I later made dd a snack of frozen corn, peas, and minced kale heated through, then I added some Annie's Goddess dressing.
There were leftovers of both, and after her nap she was munchy, so forgetting that the veggies already had dressing on them, I threw them in with the noodles.
Super yummy! Maybe not the absolutely healthiest meal on record, but not bad for something starting in a box.
