A high dose of fish oil is something that helps me. What's most helpful, though, is reading some of the good books available (Delivered from Distraction is my favorite) and using some of the good ideas there for people with ADD.

The only thing that helps me with organization is to own as little as possible.
Kind of a weird way around it, but it (mostly) works for me.

So, welcome to it! Isn't it awesome to find out that no, you aren't lazy after all? What a revelation!
