The man who wrote the book "From fatigued to fantastic" has a supplement for adrenal fatigue, which is at my health store. This is the product below and the ingredients are listed. Does anyone think this works? I am awaiting my saliva test results and am wondering is a supplement like this would be beneficial for adrenal fatigue.

It depends on how severe the AF is.
Sometimes adrenal cortex extract is enough - but not always.
You'll probably need to identify the cause, and if you're like most of us - you'll likely need to do some experimenting with different things before you find the right thing for you.

wow thanks for that link, all that info is kind of overwhelming...and kind of scares to me self treat. I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements that arent going to work kwim?
I wish we had some kind of poll that asked what everyone is treating their adrenals/thyroid issues with....
