HI! I think I must be missing my 7 mo old dd's cues for sleep because it is such a long long night of getting her to stay asleep. She will fall asleep and I will put her in her crib only for her to wake up about a half hour later and thus the cycle goes on until about 10:30 pm! I am thinking with the commotion of older sibling (2.5 years old) getting ready for bed that my youngest isn't getting to bed on time.

Any advice????

Thanks!

We too are having some trouble with commotion from dd (3 yo) keeping ds (5 mos) from napping. At night, I have noticed that if I go lay down with ds as soon as he gets fussy after supper (usually between 7:30 and 8:30 pm), he goes right to sleep and then there is a little time to devote to dd (bedtime around 10:00 with me or DH).

Thanks for your advice. I will have to try that. I have been trying to do it at the same time and it is obviously not working
