Does anyone have good advice for how to curb a 10-month-old's squealing at the top of his lungs? He will start this high-pitched squeal- running around the house and he'll just keep doing it for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. I know he's having fun, testing out his lungs and all, and it's kind of cute, except that it triggers major headaches. I've tried everything I can think of to make him stop- I tried being really quiet, giving him attention only when he isn't squealing, yelling back at him, telling him "no" in every different voice I can think of. I just don't know what else to try. He's really too young for much else that I can think of. I was just hoping that some of you seasoned mammas would have some great magic trick to share. TIA.
