I really like The Aesop for Children. You can see it online here. I was going to get it printed by myself but it is a lot cheaper to buy it from Sonlight if you enjoy it because when I priced getting it printed on my own (with illustrations 'natch) it was going to cost me 2-3 times the price of the copy that Sonlight sells (theirs is fully illustrated...I found copies other places but they weren't illustrated).

You can also get unadapted versions here or do a search at any book store and they should have at least one copy in inventory. The Children's Aesop is still my favorite to share with children though because the pictures keep their attention better and I think the fables stay fairly true to the originals for the most part.
