For those of you who have m/c and chart, how long after your m/c did you resume ovulating/menstruating? It's been 39 days since my m/c and my cf has been wacky. EW to dry and back again 3 times, so I have no clue what is going on with me.
It's not like I am looking forward to bleeding and cramping, but I would like to know that everything is working OK again, you know?
And no, I am not pg.

I have no advice for you, as I am waiting for my post-m/c AF, too...but it sounds like your body has geared up to ovulate but hasn't been successful yet. (Judging by your CM going dry to wet dry to wet) Do you temp? What are your temps like?

no temps. i gave up temping when it became obvious that i am never going to get 3 hours in a row ever again! :LOL
if this LP was 10 days, then AF should be here now. so really, i should just be patient for another week. the few charts i have on record show it to be 12 days, so maybe in the next day or 2.

I have no advice either, but am in the same boat. Its been 5 weeks since my m/c and am on the second stint of ewcm (I don't temp either). So I was expecting af next week (2 weeks after 1st ew dried up, my normal 14 day lp). But now I'm having more ew, so I guess it could be longer.

I'm sure someone around here has some words of wisdom for us....

you know, i thought AF was here but apparently it was a false alarm.

i got all excited and put my keeper in and when i went to empty it, it was already empty. who knows. i guess i should be glad i am getting a break, right?

In my experience, it can sometimes take a while for AF after a m/c. For a few m/c I ended up taking something to kick-start my cycles again because it had been so long...but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it...prevara maybe? Man, I've taken so much stuff over the years I just don't remember, especially since I am really sleepy right now.

Hello. Sorry about everyone's losses.

After our first m/c at 9 1/2 weeks, (baby grew to 5 1/2)...my period started about 4 weeks after. We didn't conceive the first month trying but we did the second so...don't know if I didn't ovulate that first month.

The second m/c was futher along at 12 1/2 weeks with a baby measuring about the same...had a D and C. My period took about 2 months to come back. Also...they shortened up from 30 days to about 27-28 now.

Sorry, no advice from me, either.
I don't temp- I can't even remember the last time I was able to sleep three hours in a row or wake up without this small child crawling on me and demanding "something crunchy or something cozy" to eat right now!
After my first mc & DC (at 14 weeks) AF was back in 4 weeks on the dot. This last mc/D&C (at 9.5 wks on 9/18/03) and there's nothing so far. Not even a trace of any cf of interest. Certainly no ew.
