i'm sorry if this is a repetitive question, and i've just missed it. i've been off in my own world lately.
i had a miscarriage at 11 weeks on january 29th. the last couple of days i've had some brown spotting which i expect is my period.
i'm so annoyed with it. (we're leaving for florida tomorrow, for a sort of healing trip, and i have to have my period to remind me of my miscarriage...ugh.)
i was wondering if i should expect a heavier and more painful period?

(i wish i could just have a break from my body right now.)

I had a natural m/c. My period was a normal length, but I learned the true meaning of heavy flow. I normally have a couple of what I thought were heavy days, but these were about 2-3x that.

ETA: I'm on my second AF now and it's about as heavy as the first. It is pretty normal other than that. The first AF had more clots than normal.

I also had a natural mc on Jan 29 at 12 weeks. I am just now getting over AF. Mine was actually a lot lighter than I thought it would be. I had one pretty heavy 2nd day and then just light spotting. It only last 4 days total which was my normal before. Maybe I just got lucky. I did bleed for a long time after the mc so maybe that is why it was so light.

I am sorry you have to deal with this on your trip. Try to relax and have a good time.
