I want to knit some things for my newborn (coming july) but don't want to work in all wool (too warm) or all cotton (I hate knitting with all cotton yarn). I was thinking of that debbie bless blend but I'm assuming it's kind of expensive. Anyone have other recommendations for good summer yarns that have a little more give than all-cotton?

I don't even mind some synthetic if it's less than half.

While I'm at it, I know I asked this before, but I'm still ISO good summer baby things to knit. I'd like to find a pattern for a lightweight bunting/nightgown I could put a drawstring in the bottom of. Most bunting patterns are heavy, and I'm pretty bad at adapting patterns and making customized changes.

I am planning to try one of the cotton blends from knitpicks.com.

I really like knitting with Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece, which is 20% merino. It's not machine washable tho', if that's important.
