My feet still hurt, and I don't know why. It's been 3 months. Every time I get up, they feel sort of stiff and pained the way they did when i was pregnant. Anyone else experience this? Also, is it possible all that ligament loosening that was supposedly responsible for my dropping stuff during pregnancy is still effecting me? I feel like I can't grasp anything. It's kind of petty, but nonetheless bothersome.

Do your feet hurt the most when you first get up in the morning or after you've been off them for an extended time? If so, you quite likely have plantar fasciitis. It's really common after a quick weight gain like during pregnancy. Stretching and icing worked best for me to relieve the pain and help it to heal. I don't have any experience with the inability to grasp, though... hmmm...<br><br><br>

I hope I'm not just clumsier now...I started dropping things when I got pregnant and haven't stopped.
