Hi all-I just recently purchased agave and have no idea how to use it. For example, I just baked some banana bread that uses 1 1/2 cups of white sugar in it. The agave is liquid so I'm not understanding how the liquid sweetener would be the same as the sugar in the sense of consistency. Wouldn't my bread become really liquidy? Any advice on how to use agave would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
