So, I just got my positive beta. I'm supposed to fly out for my brother's wedding (4-hour flight) when I'll be 8-9 weeks along. Is that safe? Are there any precautions I should take? Note that this may be a twin pregnancy (ivf) and I lost my last twin ivf pregnancy at 12 weeks, so I'm a bit nervous.

It's totally safe. I would just make sure to bring snacks and water. I flew to Italy when I was 5 months pregnant and it was a loooooong flight. The stewardess was really nice and gave me a giant bottle of water because it was during that 'no liquids" time.
